THE CLEAR VERSION.

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 7, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kadro mobile application. By downloading or using Kadro, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Kadro does

Kadro turns your iPhone into a hands-free camera. It can capture timed photo sessions, help you review and select photos, apply visual looks, offer inspiration and pose guides, and save chosen images to your Photos library.

Picks and pose guides are creative tools. Results depend on lighting, camera placement, movement, device capabilities, and other conditions. Kadro does not guarantee a particular photo, ranking, or creative result.

Eligibility and device requirements

You must be legally permitted to use the App Store and enter into these Terms. Kadro is intended for compatible iPhones and may require a supported iOS version. Some features require Camera, Photos, or Motion permission.

Your photos and content

You retain ownership of photos and other original content you capture or select. Using Kadro does not transfer ownership of that content to us.

You are responsible for having the right to capture, use, and share your content. Respect privacy, publicity, copyright, and other rights when photographing people, places, or protected works. Inspiration and pose guides may be used as creative references, not as permission to copy or misuse third-party content.

Acceptable use

You may use Kadro for lawful personal or commercial photography. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass subscription or export limits, abuse trials, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use Kadro to violate another person’s rights or the law.

Kadro Plus subscriptions

Kadro offers optional weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. An annual plan may include a free trial when shown in the App Store purchase sheet. Current prices, trial eligibility, and billing terms are displayed before you confirm a purchase and may vary by country or currency.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price. You can manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting Kadro does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies. Restore Purchases can restore eligible access tied to your Apple ID. Free export limits and Kadro Plus features may change in future versions, but changes will not shorten a paid subscription period already purchased.

App ownership

Kadro, including its software, branding, interface, visual design, original text, and proprietary features, is owned by the Kadro developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of Kadro to you.

Availability and updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve Kadro, comply with law, or address technical and security needs. We do not promise that the app will always be available or compatible with every device or iOS version.

Safety and backups

Place your iPhone securely before starting a hands-free session, stay aware of your surroundings, and do not use Kadro where photography is prohibited or unsafe. Keep independent backups of important photos. Although Kadro is designed to save captured work reliably, no device or software can guarantee against every loss.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kadro is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific photographic results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the Kadro developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, loss of photos, device damage caused by unsafe placement, or reliance on automated Picks. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for Kadro during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Kadro at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Kadro changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.

Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the developer support contact published on Kadro’s App Store listing.
